I am pregnant and due to various risk factors my doctor recommends me to work only 60% for next 4 months till delivery.
My question is how does it impact my salary? Will my salary still be 100% or will it be reduced over time ?
I do hope that someone can help to provide me with some clarity.

Sick leave varies depending on your insurance - daily sickness insurance benefits, and accumulated sick leave that is owed to you. Also, the employer may use their discretion to top you up to 100% or to pay you less once the insurance begins (80% of the unworked time).
I do not think pregnancy 'sick leave' is different to regular 'sick leave' - but if you are working 60% and sick leave 40% then of course the insurance/sick leave situation only applies to the unworked part.
