Hello
I have the next situation.
I signed a contract for 4,5 months with a hotel for a position for revenue management. And I got an studio from them. I mention that the working contract and the renting contract are 2 different contracts and nowhere is specified that one depends to other. First day at work we have a meeting where we are informed that the hotel was sold and the new owner will overtake in 6 months and one firm will overtake the management of the hotel. I already thought in that moment that was the actual reason why we did a determinate contract at first. I said nothing. Weeks are by and I see I do something else that I should do or we agreed. However when I am off I am working for a pop up to gain some experience to open something by myself. At the pop up it was offered to me to work more because they like my work and they know the situation at the other job. If I quit the hotels job, there is any chance that the employer can ask me legally to leave the studio? I mention that I read the whole both contracts and there is no clause, in case I quit or they fire me I need to leave the property. By condition was written that is no notification period because the renting contract is for a specified period of 4.5 months. I even uploaded both contracts in Chatgpt and it confirmed to me. However I would like to know from actual people who have might went to same situation.
Kind regards.
