I saw an amazing and also frightening video today of someone being rescued after falling into a Tree Well (something I’d never even heard of before).

Seen this video before. You should never ski off piste alone, guy was an idiot.

Quite a few of the comments are from people who have friends and family who have died in similar circumstances.
One father was skiing with his nine year old but the nine year old wasn’t strong enough to did his father out.
The first bit of the video when he discovers the top of the snowboard is almost cartoon-esque but when you realise the difficulty of digging the guy out and how tight the snow is packed around him, it’s terrifying. Scary stuff - thanks for the lesson!
