Some things never change

Could you clip the article a few pages on where they talk about doing a fried chicken run?

Today on the train on a stop one guy wanted to ask a conductor if it was possible to pay a difference between the ticket he wrongly purchased and a ticket he wanted to have, the conductor was busy with her other duties and kept him waiting for a response, and once the train moved she told the guy that she was not doing a difference, and he has to pay a fine plus a ticket price, which was more if he simply bought his ticket on the stop. No arguing helped, he had to pay. =)
