Spa hotels

Any recommendations for spa hotels either in Switzerland or nearby?

We have been to the Bareiss https://www.bareiss.com/en/wellness.html a few times.

Excellent food, great service & a lovely spa.

Fantastic place if you have kids (lots of activities).

The surrounding area is also great for walks, which one needs after eating to much

The Cambrian in Adelboden, Chetzeron above Crans Montana or La Val in Brigels...

I can see you are in Zug, so I could recommend the Seminar Hotel in Stoos.

I think the first question is how deep are your pockets.

Medium capacious.

You could try Hotel Rigi Kaltbad. It's not expensive, and the views from the outside pool are breathtaking.

(It's also the only spa where I saw "No sex" signs; I honestly don't know if this is a good or a bad thing ).

Solbad Sigriswil is also very nice.

Not a hotel, but has anyone tried the Hürlimannbad in Zürich?

If you want to go to Valais/Wallis, for a change- you could aim for Leukerbad- there are several spas to choose from in this alpine village- some with Hôtel attached, like the Bristol, or Hôtel next door with baths included, like the Victoria, or the other large spa at the top, with Hôtel and adults only, Leukerbad Terme.

You can of course also rent a studio or apartment, and walk to the spas. Hôtel Waldhaus is wonderful, great atmosphere and food, and a short walk via pedestrian path to Leukerbad Terme and the old village.

You can travel via the Lötschberg Tunnel.

I second for Leukerbad. Great atmosphere, view and help relaxing. My family favorite therme.
