Still did not receive electricity or water bill

I moved into a new apartment 4 months ago, and I have also registered myself in the Gemeinde. Currently, my rent includes NK.

I still did not receive any electricity or water bill. Is this normal? If no, what should I do?

Water is usually part of the nebenkosten.

Electricity is usually invoiced every 3 months, the invoice will arrive soon

Yeah, electricity bills are a shock as it's quarterly - but the can take three to five months to arrive in our area. We've been here a year and there seems to be little rhyme or reason with the price and the arrivals so far...
