Hello. I need to fill in a form which requires my "Permit number". Now, there are many numbers on my permit. One is on the upper right hand side and front of the card and three different numbers on the back of the card. Would you tell me which one is considered permit number?
Does your permit have a field called ZEMIS ? If so, the following number is likely your Permit Number.
Thank you for your reply. There is not ZEMIS number but at the same location there is a "SYMIC" number. Are these two the same? My SYMIC number is consisted of three different strings separated with dots, the first of which having the same format and length as a ZEMIS number.
