The threads say, you will be supplied with a booklet to study, and when you have an Interview for the citizenship, you are asked questions from the booklet.
I have not yet started the process, but my question is, is this the booklet in question?

You will have to pass a written test on Swiss Geography, History, Government and Culture. The same, and more importantly, for your Canton.
Do you know the highest point in Switzerland? The largest lake wholly within Swiss borders? The names, and functions, of the seven Gnomes? The senior members of the Cantonal government. The only Canton that has three,of the four, national languages?
Those will be the types of questions you will be faced with.
Which I have now set to public in case anyone finds it useful in any way.

But can I ask, have you already had the interview?
If so was it more concentrated on the points highlighted in bold? or did it also go into more detailed stuff like knowing the exact location of every Kreis and knowing all the details of the 3rd pillar diagram?
There is no written exam in city Zürich. The booklet serves as a starting point. For example, I was asked what places I had been to as a tourist here, and where I would take a newbie on an introductory walk. (I’d been to the national museum in Schwyz the weekend before, and could show I regularly introduced new Wipro colleagues from India round town centre etc.)
Most subjects get covered - but not schools in my case, as I have no kids. And yes, you will need to know at least the names of the Kreises and Gemeindes. I was asked if I’d ever been to Winterthur, as an example of a follow-up.
Recent votes came up - I knew a few, but said what was the point studying something I can’t influence? Then said THAT’s why I’m applying for citizenship! I started naming the council of 7 at one point and was told it was unnecessary - but clearly I could (more flashcards ).
I also learnt to sing and play the national anthem - I hear it helped Whitney and have an organ app - but it didn’t come up.
We were discussing culture, and I said I’d been to the Opera - a topic in the book - then expanded by saying I’d been to “Opera for all” as well, taken the backstage tour - as an amateur theatrics bod in the uk it interested me - and also liked Schlagermusik, e.g. Udo Jurgens and Hildegard Knef. I was asked where I could listen to that and explained my local had a Schlager jukebox. (And was asked where that was). He scowled when I said we were the first ever winner of Eurovision, and said “but not recently!”.
You might even catch the interviewer out: discussing museums etc., he didn’t know there was a watch museum beneath Beyer Chronometrie on Bahnhofstrasse!
