stupid question from my UBS master card

I transferred all my money form maestro card to my prepaid card this is morning, now I want to return money back or withdraw, how can I deal with it, and how much is the processing fee of withdrawing from credit card

Should be outlined in the terms and conditions for the two cards, isn’t it? Or online at the UBS wesbite?

thank you for your reply, I thought this issue should belong to this part, I want some willing people help me.

A card: UBS Maestro card (debit)

B card: UBS Master prepaid card (credit)

I want to transfer money from B card to A card

Personally, I'd suggest you call 0848 848 054 and let UBS customer service help you.

thank you all the same, however I can not spend all money in my credit account, I must withdraw majority of them, I really want to know how the processing fee is

Again check your terms and conditions or ring UBS customer service as nomad66 suggests. Both will be able to tell you much more easily than anyone here can.

ok, thanks. I was searching something, but most information about withdraw from customer's debit account

Isn't a prepaid card quite the opposite of a credit card? What you have to pay in advance isn't a credit.

yes, that is stranger, first you should put your money in your prepaid card, then you can use it when somewhere only accept payment by credit card

If card B is a credit card then you cannot transfer the money from card B to card A (debit card).

We had a similar minor problem when my husband accidently transferred money from Card A (debit/current account) to Card B (credit card). When I enquired at UBS on how i can transfer the money back (I tried it on internet banking but there was no option to do this) they informed me that one cannot transfer from Card B to Card A but I would have to draw the cash and then redeposit it into Card A. Because Card B has a favourable balance there are no charges to draw the cash so we did just that.

I hope that all makes sense and our experience helps you 😄

Thanks a lot,I should do as you said, as a foreigner sometimes need warm heart person Thank you for all your help

Be careful there. As of recently (some months ago), UBS charges cash withdrawals from credit cards, EVEN IF the credit card account is in positive. I used to do this regularly (i.e. get cash out of credit card provided my cc account is in positive), but not any longer.

yes, another countries banks always get high processing fee during you withdraw from your credit card, but this prepaid card is very special, all the money is from your debit account. Normal credit card, you spent money that bank "lend" you
