Hi all,
any of you got an experience with the sunrise service line to terminate a contract? So far I have been unable to speak with them.
I leave the country at the end of the month and really need this cleared. However, over the last few days, I have tried to contact the service line (0800 100 600) several times and waited different amount of time before hanging up frustrated that nobody picked up my call (at least the waiting musics are not too bad). Last try I waited 25 minutes and still didn't get anyone... and yes I called before 5pm.
I wen to a Sunrise shop and they told me they couldn't do anything and that number was the only way (not even a mail address)... anyone knows any better?
Cheers,
Ooz
You must write a letter giving all your details to Sunrise. Send it by registered letter, Einschreiben . Mention resignation, Kündigung

Try this number: 0800 707 707. I normally get through on it to a person within seconds.
Ive recently (kind of) canceled a contract with Sunrise.
I was late and honestly didnt realise it was an automatic renewal .. I called a few weeks before the end of contract but apparently its 2 months notice they want.
Anyways, they quoted me over 1500CHF to finish my contract early. After much talk from me we eventually settled on 190 chf.
I hope itll be straight forward for you as you are leaving the country but do keep in mind there is a way to pay less if your having difficulty with termination.
I got my DSL canceled without sending anything to them.
I called this special hotline number that you also mention for canceling the subscription and I got to them pretty fast.
The guy was a bit frustrated when he didn't convince me to stay, but hey, this is life.
At what time do you usually call?
I called before 9 am.
By the way, you are obviously late, so be prepared to pay quite a bit.
This is why i left Sunrise. They are extremely aggressive in not letting you go, so I called after the 9th month of my DSL to make sure that I will have it canceled exactly when the 12 month is over.
