Sunrise Mobile (USB) Internet Fair Use Policy

Hi,

So I recently got myself Sunrise's "Take Away Basic" plan along with the USB adapter. I have to pay 10 CHF a month, plus 3.5 CHF per day for using the Internet (on the days I use it). The Fair Use Policy for the package says that if I use more than 10 GB data a month, my broadband bandwidth will be limited. Now, I've only used it or a day, and have downloaded about 1.04 GB of data, and already my bandwidth seems to be severely restricted. Whereas earlier I was getting upto 1000 kbps, now I cant get over 70 kbps.

Has this happened with anyone else? Any tips/suggestions to overcome this problem?

Thanks in advance.

Thar restriction could be interpreted in many ways. I would imagine if you exceeded the 10GB for the month, then the rest of the month would be capped. Or they could divide the 10GB into a daily limit and cap you by the day.

Or you could just have a shitty connection.
