Does anyone know if there is a way to get an online statement of account from SWICA? I receive bills in the post each month but I have missed a few payments and have no clue where I'm at and which bill/reminder I've paid and whats outstanding!
Now I've received a letter of debt from the basel cantonal office! How do others manage their SWICA account?
If it is not clear how much you owe, ask them.
There are other payment methods which might suit you better . . .

You can change the payment method to direct debit. This is what I have. They automatically withdraw money from your chosen account on a monthly basis for premium payment. Also some doctors send the bills directly to them, then Swica takes from your account what you owe (taking into account your supplementary insurances, franchise, etc). I personally find it useful, as medical insurance is like paying taxes.
