As we know that in Switzerland, renting a flat is not so easy as "Ausländer", on the other hand, when we finish a flat renting, and ready to move out, the checkout process is even much much more painful - meaning that all small "unfriendly look" in the flat may be announced that "it's caused by you", therefore, "you" are responsible to pay all such things for the fix.
In this case, I am just wondering, is that really the case that during the checkout moment, the landlord will be really the GOD? that whatever he is saying is the golden rule? even something getting old by the natural way (e.g. a stoned-floor in the shower place where water can also naturally making the stone-color getting faded? Not a cleaness issue.)
Also I heard that from tenant law, it seems there might be a rule such like if you live there for <5 years, certain things might be paid by the landlord as well? is it a real thing?
Thanks a lot everybody
Cheers
