I use the web interface, can hardly read anything on my phone. The web interface did not change. Tried the app once and the label select problem was the same. If they really want an “or” selection (which makes no sense) they should at least let you select “and” too. I once complained and got some response like “it is a feature, not a bug”. 
BTW: that was when Swiss Post did still outsource the software to KLARA. I cannot find an e-mail address to complain again, just a chat.
