Swiss Post - Genève 2 Letter Transit

Hey Guys,

The destination of the package is USA. It been a week and on tracking it says Departed transit country - "Genève 2 Letter Transit"

My other package arrived pretty quick this one is taking forever. Can anyone please shed some light on this issue I am facing?
