Anyone been able to pay for something on their website? I’ve been trying to do a retain mail, but when I reach the payment part it’s not connecting so can’t complete it.
Could be just very busy - end of the month - postfinance will have a huge amount going on right now...
Still having problems today. Tried again and got the same message so decided to try it with Firefox instead of Edge to see if I could get through that way. Did manage to get the payment window up and provide card details, but it seems to be stuck on processing now; it’s been processing for over an hour.
It does seem to have gone through though since I’ve received an e-mail from Swiss Post to say the order’s confirmed.
And why do they make it so difficult to write to them? Only managed to find a contact form by accessing my orders and then getting at the contact us through that. Their normal contact us only gives a phone number.
Try to deactivate your Ad blocker, sometimes it helps.
I also had a problem on postshop.ch when 3-rd party cookies were disabled in my browser.
Often smartphones seem to work better in Swiss Post than computers, assuming you were not using a smartphone in the first place.
For example, completing a Customs form.
Yeah I guess that might have some influence, though I’ve never needed to before.
Still processing on Firefox.
I just did it without any problem at all to retain mail starting in a week’s time.
Did you have AdBlock on?
It’s still processing on Firefox.
I do have Adblock on but I used safari not Firefox.
