Its fighting with massive problems.
It’s weird. TV part is down, but internet is fine even though we get the TV part via the router.
Yeah, same here. TV box just saying it doesn’t have an internet connection, even if I connect via Ethernet cable. Also the swisscom.ch website is non-functional, and the 0800800800 number just says something like ‘not available, try later’.
There is a notification now on the ‘current faults’ page.
Not much help but confirmation that there’s a real problem at their end.
We did get a call back, but it was just to confirm there was a problem and it wasn’t just at our end of things. I expect they’re getting swamped with calls.
All back and working now.
Although I had to manually connect to the wifi, the built-in wlan connection didn’t seem to find it.
“Customers who turned on their television after 5 p.m. are affected by the disturbance, a Swisscom spokeswoman explained to AWP on Monday evening. If the device was already turned on at that time, there was no problem.”
Incorrect. Our TV was on and then just stopped working.
It’s broken again. I could have just left it playing Shaun the Sheep: the Movie, but it wouldn’t respond to any inputs, so I restarted it and now it’s refusing to start up again,
And still not back.
Here its back in Zurich
I got an SMS (having clicked the box for it earlier) about 0030 telling me it had been back since 2000. Good job I didn’t wait until the message.
