Also noticed that words with normally umlauted vowels are not umlauted, e.g., "möchten" is written "mochten", "tätigen" is written "tatigen", "persönlichen" is written "personlichen", "Grüsse" is written "Grusse". The scammer apparently doesn't have a German keyboard.
Swisscom notifications come in 4 languages anyway: German, French, Italian and English. If the e-mail doesn’t have the message in all those languages it’s definitely spam.
A security feature at the bottom of each real Swisscom email references an electronic signature:
