yes, that’s what they claimed. And Air NZ has basically a ‘we don’t pay for any problem’ policy. So, answering @ShirleyNot (I think)… it doesn’t matter if you book your whole trip through one unique airline (Swiss), they don’t take responsibility later… (Swiss did not pass the hot potato of my clain to Air NZ).
I could see from the AirTag that it arrived 24 hours late & just before midnight last night I got an email saying I could collect from the Airport between 09.00 -21.00 or they could deliver. I collected & from entering the carpark to leaving the carpark was about 25 minutes.
