I am thinking to make Tangyuan (it is a Chinese dessert), but i cant find the ingredient to make the skin.
It is called glutinous rice flour (i think it might call Klebreis Mehl in german)
Is there anyone know where can i find it?
Thanks!!!!

If it is an Asian Food, I am sure you can find the Ingredients in the Asia-Shop.
it isnt something very popular, i find it couple of times in some asian food stores already, but nothing find.
Go to an Asian food store and look for "sweet rice flour" or "sticky rice flour" - not sure what the German translation would be but the "glutinous rice" you hear people referring is basically sweet/sticky rice (a kind of short grain rice with a high gluten content, hence "sticky")
Have fun and bon appetite!
