Well I have decided to finish this, what I get in the end:
                                VALUE A VALUE B
|Prov. Tax burden|CHF 11,940.00|CHF 2,297.00
So in the end it looks I might end up paying a grand total of
(VALUE_A minus VALUE_from_position_12_from_the_tax_certificate ) plus VALUE B
= around 3 k
I do have an additional question here, because I added properties from abroad and these raised a bit our total worth of Taxable assets … does anyone know what percentage you actually pay for these ? Because I am already taxed by the country where these items are ?

Rumors are that a property purchase value from 30 yeas ago was still accepted. A property bought for ~50k EUR, worth today ~200k on the market.

You need to check if there is a double tax agreement between Switzerland and your country then see what it says about this.

And you don‘t pay taxes on that property here.
Only the value is used to determine your tax bracket.

Question about this tax bracket … you mean an interval where I either pay more or less ?
Example maybe : If I have properties summing up to … 1 mil euros I would be taxed more than having 100.000 properties no ?
Also, before submitting I went to my “gemeinde” and asked the same question just to have some final clarity … the lady there told me that I need to wait/ a long time … she said she also needs to “convert” my 2022 taxes to the new form (also keeping in mind that I did sent the form blank for 2022 [as requested by the ZH local tax office]) → so I would guess I will receive an invoice maybe next year… will see and wait

this would alter you wealth tax, there are separate brackets for wealth and income taxes. Luckily wealth tax is peanuts, so this would be a differences in hundreds not thousands
