(only to mock you on statements you made on other topics asking for sources – I am sure you can easily produce them for this claim given the extensive online presence of SRF financed by you and me)
Of course, Kassensturz didn’t test anything but only consulted with labs. I didn’t even see this Kassensturz broadcast, but I feel I know as Kassensturz only occupies journalists, not scientists.
Anyways, it’s probably complicated to find out who actually produces locally sourced honey. As advised earlier, I’d probably try to see your local beekeeper.
This! The digestion of various foods passing through the individual doesn’t necessarily yield the calorie (or nutritional) values listed in various tables. YMMV is an understatement.
Yes, reheating your leftover spaghetti can actually cut its glycemic index by up to half, meaning a gentler bloodsugar rise. And the magic behind it isnt a myth its the resistant starch that forms when the pasta cools, and reheating doesnt completely wipe it out.
I am sure there are better books out there in the mean time, but this diet helped me drop about 20 pounds or so at the time.
I found it kind of cool since it allows for a cheat day per week (“eat anything you like”) as again your metabolism won’t work in favor of regaining all the weight you’ve lost in that week.
you want to ignore me? RoFL I won’t take it personally, yet, you’ll be missing a sparring partner!
it made me chuckle that you mentioned the “carbs aren’t bad for you. This isn’t Tik Tok’” That’s why I wrote specifically ‘calories’ and not ‘carbohydrates’. The problem is the carbohydrates that I cannot burn with my workouts or sports, and go directly to one more trouser’s size. (aka ‘denovo lipogenesis’)
Getting hungry after siesta. I won’t speak about substances except with my driver to forbid 'em to him.
Today I had one Orange for first breakfast, because of the 4 pills I have to gulp down. Then in the pub for second breakfast a french omelet with chopitos, that are kind of fried baby squids.
Then, after a long village visit I had a nice lunch with fried cheese, spicy shrimps, pasta with garlic and veggies and a beautiful ice cream. I know, no substances, but I finished with a lumumba before my driver carried me home.
Sorry folks, I’m kind of hungry again. Will visit the bar down that gives a nice tapa with each beer.
the benefits of the honey is not on the saccharides, but on the oligoelements that it contains.
and, finally, you can think of honey as flower nectar that has been enzymatically modified by way of lesbic french-kisses through about several thousand bees…so much s*x everywhere LoL
oh man…but…what a week I quote from Wikipedia…
The book advocates what Ferriss calls a “Slow-carb Diet”, which imposes three cardinal strictures: eat a very simple set of meals repeatedly; focus on “slow carbs”; and allow one “cheat day” a week when all foods are allowed. The diet prohibits starches and all things sweet (including fruit and all artificial sweeteners), with strong preferences for lean protein and a few specific vegetables
Get bent Cubanpete… tummy was only rumbling until I read that, now I have the feeling that I could snatch somebody’s pet dog of the street to gnaw on..
I believe you missed the point,
It was not about locally produced honey but about selling artificially produced honey that never came from a bee.
DNA analysis showed 17 out of 20 honeys tested were made from sugar syrup.
