So this is a little update on my experience with TopD. Overall I have to say that I was very happy with the costumer care service and they had been very fast in delivering: I placed the order on Nov. 1st and I find out that they were closed. I realized that i made a mistake with my addressed ( in the heat of the moment i messed up my address ) and sent a messaged. I also phone them the next morning to make sure that they got it before sending it out but they had been on top of that. The person that I spoke with was very nice and understanding and she was speaking a very good english. The order was sent out on Friday and because I decided to have it delivered at work it arrived today, but the tracking showed at the post office near my working place already on Sunday. Now this evening I can try my new toys out !
I am having problem with them now. I placed an order on Thurday, select pre-payment, transfered money on Friday. Until next Wednesday the status of my order still was "waiting for payment", on Thurday it changed to "in progress". Then I have sent email asking the status and tracking number of my order but no response from them. One week has passed and I am wondering what kind of business they are doing. What ever happened, for sure I will not purchase from them again. I have purchased from Galaxus and Digitec and they delivered within 2-3 days with post tracking number.

Be careful from:
-Toppreise retailer reviews (if you believe them almost all Swiss online shops are perfect)*.
*Toppreise is excellent for comparing prices.
-Small online shops (which usually have very limited customer care)
-The terms and conditions (which are contract binding and usually really single sided).
I bought a headset in 23rd December 2014 from techmania.ch (which has some good reviews on toppreise.ch). Early January, still nothing delivered, emailed them: order following normal process.
Then I waited 7 months until they tell me that the item is out of stock and they want to refund.
Nothing else, no compensation, interest on the money taken, excuses or anything. And your private data given for free, so they can sell it to marketing/advert companies and spam you.
At the end, one has to start legal action to have your rights covered (or waste hours in writing administrative letters or on the phone).
Bottom line: I'd stick to Digitec.ch or Microspot.ch.
For the rest, it's really like a big gamble, often for very little difference in the item price.
Do you guys know how to write review on toppreise?. I want to rate topd low to aware other buyers.
There's several ways. But a simple one:
Go to "my toppreise" and then the tab "Shop ratings", then the button "Write new rating", and select your shop.
I had a problem with Topd and I don ́t recommend. The box was broken and the TV had some damage and they didn ́t want to solve the problem...
