Apparently bra doping in time trials give riders a aerodynamic advantage. (possibly paywalled).
I’m just wondering, has anyone been busted yet? (okay, I’ll see myself out..)

Sounds like an excuse for extra inspections. Yes, it was pay walled, but I am sure the story will be padded out by others.
No doubt. I also wondering if the protests from other riders would be adequately supported. (okay, okay, I’ll go…)
This one shouldn’t be paywalled.
I wonder how this story leaked out, I guess someone had to get it off their chest? ( now I gone…)
Some blogs quote this as the first source, online translation may be needed
Didn’t need the translation. The graphics show it all. Now I know why those lycra clad ladies go flying past me on their road bikes. What an unfair advantage.
First the ski-jumpers. Now the cyclists. Not even your underwear is above suspicion
What if a cyclist doesn’t need padding to achieve the aerodynamic advantage? Will they be required to bind their chest to achieve the same result?
Presumably they can’t stop athletes getting breast enlargement treatment?
The advantage is only for time trials. In the mountains they will be a disadvantage.
Think I saw something on bluewin’s website about that.
Anyway an article here that’s not paywalled.
Rabbit hole…
WTAF?
The UCI has banned cycling jerseys with front pockets last month as cyclists were stuffing these with food packages etc etc to improve aerodynamics.
Can someone please explain or illustrate the exact reason behind the improvement in aerodynamics?
It’s in AXA’s link posted above.
I’m not Dutch!
A picture says a thousand words.
Think of a jet airliner’s nose cone.
It’s there for a reason and that’s why the front of an airplane is not flat.
Now imagine two side by side.
No! Let’s not imagine that.

Has anybody put a rack of charlies in a windtunnel…?
