Anybody out there who has done this test and who can explain the procedure?(Zürich)
With 75 years of age I will have to get a medical check to drive a car every 2 years.
There’s not much to it really.
I don’t know about Zurich specifically but in Neuchâtel you just take the form along to the doctor and they do a few rudimentary checks like blood pressure etc, ask a few questions, fill out the form and stamp and sign it.
It’s easy if you can go to your GP as they know your medical history already. I’m not sure but I think you need a recent eye test too.
Yes, local doc’s. The old finger to the nose test with eyes closed test and walk in a straight line...
So I guess the eye test has to be from an eye doctor?
Nope. Our GP did the eye test too. All costs of course!
Basically yes.
In my experience of six tests, every doctor does the test differently but the basics are the same.
