Good luck to anyone travelling. I decided to forgo the huge queues waiting for the buses, went home and drove to work instead.
There are NO trains between Bern and Fribourg this morning due to a technical fault. Buses are being laid on, but there are major delays on IC and IR trains, as well as some regional routes.
Update: according to La Liberté, it was an "accident de personne", i.e. a suicide .
In future you could take two trains, Fribourg -> Murten -> Kerzers -> Bern
Nope, not even that was running at the time. Even trains which didn't go anywhere near Düdingen, e.g. to Murten or Estavayer, were cancelled.
