could you please help me with something?

My husband to be and I want to send our german relatives wedding invitations in German. However, we are not sure about what the wording should be.

We would like the German equivalent of

Please help!!!!!!

Here's a toned-down translation; toned-down because copying the style of the English original would sound way too affected in German nowadays, to be used only if you were, say, a countess or suchlike.

In your first text the intention is clear:

Dear recipient, you're invited.

The 2nd case seems to be intended as an alternate phrasing, i.e. also an invitation. But to me it sounds more like an announcement, simply because the explicit invitation is missing.

Use the first option if you actually want to invite someone and expect/hope for them to be present.
