Please could you help me? Would someone kindly translate the following for me to Swiss-German. "Congratulations on your First Holy Communion".

What Radix posted isn't wrong, but it's very cut and dried.
For a bit of a personal note, I recommend: Herzlichen Glückwunsch zur Erstkommunion.
"Kommunion" is Communion, "Erstkommunion" ist First Communion (the "holy" bit isn't mentioned in German).
