truck load of garden waste in Allschwil

I've chopped down a lot of branches from a tree in the garden. It'll take weeks to to move it bit by bit in the green bin. Anyone know where I can take it. The SRS place doesnt list as something you can leave there.

you can use shredderdienst to break it down into more manageable chunks.

you can buy green stickers to get rid of several bags in one go.

Google for Haeckseldienst Basel. You're allowed 1 cubic metre. Maybe that wouldn't be enough.

Hire a van from mobility and then take it to Lottner near the airport or Waser in Therwil.

Take some cash with you, as they don’t accept

Also take with you the sperrgut sticker you receive each year, as I’ve found this can also be used as payment.

Typically I use Lottner.

Alternatively hire a skip/Mulde from someone like Grollimund, which I’ve also done.

You can get rid of 600 litres by buying 10 vignettes:

Grüngut 60 Liter, Preis pro Vignette 3.00

or if you happen to have an 800L container, you can get rid of a container for 20:

Grüngut in 800-Liter-Container, Preis pro Container 20.0

There are gardening or refuse companies that have dumpsters you can fill up and they get rid of it for you. I was charged for the transport and disposal, in this case all green waste. Ended up being 2 massive dumpster loads but well worth it.

mulde24.ch will park a 7m2 bin outside your house and remove it full of green waste for 608chf +/-. You'd only have to load it yourself.

wow. for 600 chf, i'll stick a bin outside your house and remove the green waste too!

Are you in Basel-Stadt?

They will collect it if you fill in the form on this page and leave it in suitable contained (described on page) or, in the case of branches, tied together.

Allschwil is in Basel-Land.

If you were closer to Greifensee, I'd say bring it here to the huge compost area we have in our large apartment community. Anyone who does garden work here or wants to get rid of anything compostable (is that a word?) can dump the stuff there.
