Hi folks,

I have been looking for an apartment in Adliswil area for the past few weeks. I ran into an ad [on Homegate]

regarding an apartment through homegast.ch

She refuses to speak anything other than HOCH DEUTSCH or Swiezerrubbish. So if you are an ''auslander'' beware if you see her name and telenumber on ads for Adli or surrounds.

I saw that your main hobby is golf.

Some one wants to build a twatty golf course near us.

I've never seen all the local political parties from the Greens to the SVP so united against a common cause.

I guess they think that twatty blokes in twatty checked trousers would spoil the countryside.

I recently got excellent service while speaking reasonable German and absolutely crappy Italian. Heck, the last place I went where I simply did not try to use the local language was Stockholm. But then I admitted to everyone I spoke in English to that I had no hope to speak any Swedish to them and I was sorry. But I could still understand when they asked me things....just.

If you consider, as a foreigner presumably, Swiss dialects to be rubbish I suggest you should take a long and candid look in the mirror.

The owner of Zelgstr. 76 is semi-German semi-Swiss. Her dialect sounds württembergisch and her StandardGerman (Hochdeutsch) sounds Swiss an Schwäbisch (Württembergisch)
