UBS Contact number from abroad

Hi all,

I am trying to call UBS from abroad because my online banking contract number is locked. The number provided is +41 848 848 064.

I am sure I have used it before but it is not working - anyone any other numbers or any suggestions as to whether I am doing something wrong?!

Also can't find an email address to contact...!

Looks like you might have a typo - the website shows this number:

+41 848 848 054

Thanks, but that one also doesn't work and likewise comes up as the number is not in service. I actually googled Credit Suisse and rang their number to see if there was an issue with my phone dialing Switzerland but straight in! (Maybe should have my account with them!!)

The International Helpline number written on the back of my UBS VPay card is +41 848 888 601.

I just looked at the back of my maestro card and it says UBS helpline / international / +41 848 888 601

Thanks all for your help- that didn’t work either but I rang their main switch and they transferred me through- They don’t make anything simple ♀️
