would this make US citizens in CH easier to get bank accounts? Force those people to have a ‘hybrid’ type of bank accounts? Wealthy US to have bank accounts in CH?

Maybe at UBS, but it wouldn’t impact other banks. UBS was already one of the few that would take on US person customers here in CH (US persons for tax purposes include citizens, green card holders, and those who meet the substantial presence test).
Or perhaps they are preparing for a plan B and moving their HQ elsewhere?
I’m not sure CH will let ubs headquarters move, even though the power struggle between ch, uk and us has always been a constant. I would be very surprised if ch did …
On the other hand US citizens can have a ‘swiss’ bank account … swiss reputation? swiss govt bailing out ubs & cs? IRS rules? Hmmm …
