We are a UK based restaurants company that has been invited to serve our food at a mountain restaurant in Canton Bern during a one day event . They would like us to send our head chef to make and serve our food concept for that event. Just 1 individual. Would we need any licensing/permits for this etc…? Our company would be payed a one time fee for this event and we would only be in town for a few days. Is this feasible?
That should be Ok as the Service Mobility Agreement is still valid, giving you the right to provide your services for up to 90 days per calendar year (its original duration until 2021 is extended until the end of this year).
