I am writing to inquire about the visit visa requirements for the spouse (India)of a Swiss(CH) national wishing to visit the UK for holidays along partner. Specifically, I would like to know if the visa fee is waived for spouses of Swiss nationals.
If the visit visa is indeed free, could you please provide me with the link to the application process? Additionally, I would appreciate guidance on how to explicitly mention that I am applying as the spouse of a Swiss national for holiday purposes.

Even before Brexit, wives of Swiss citizens needed a visa according to their passport (regardless if they lived in Switzerland or not). So, eg if you were Indian, living in CH with a residence permit/Schengen, being married to a Swiss : you still had to get a visa from the embassy to travel to the UK.
(Of course, living in Switzerland usually made the visa process more pain-free)
The only “free” visas would be if the EU/Swiss husband is currently living in the UK. (and moreover has been doing so since before Brexit.) Not if he is also traveling as a tourist.
