When someone resigns a job for his/her own good reasons, is there still an entitlement to receive the unemployment indemnity? Same conditions as when you get fired or delayed payment, or lower amount...?
Generally delayed an additional three months.

I'm in Neuch. and I have spoken to various people, including ORP (office de Placement) plus my work coach and it seems here at least, that there is a certain number of penalty days, 30 seems to be the minium but it can go up to 3 months when you resign. Watch out, 30 days are des jours ouvrables.
Are there any extenuating circumstances that you could submit?

No. It's not a scam. Most likely they're trying to force you to resign. Don't give them the satisfaction. Or lose 3 months unemployment benefit. Plan your exit strategy now. Start looking for new jobs. Assume you're not going to get your bonus and work accordingly. What are they going to do? Sack you?
Document every instance of unfairness. When I was being forced out, I did this, brought HR in at an appropriate moment and left the company on very favourable (to me) terms.
It seems that some managers think they're being nicer by allowing you to resign rather than them terminate the contract. In Switzerland the reality is that being let go is not a big deal. Contracts end. People "fit" changes.
Don't resign.

@OP - lesson learned, move on. I hope you find a decent job soon. Don't forget that you have to agree the employers reference. You might want a lawyer to give it a once over.
