Unisecur Parking fines

Has anyone dealt with Unisecur parking control. Just got two fines of 100 chf each for picking up takeaways at the weekend from a restaurant where it’s their designated parking spot. Called the restaurant who said it’s not managed by them and to call Unisecur. Go onto their website but there’s no number to call or email just a contact form which I filled in.

I’m not sure if private parking firms are legally allowed to fine people for parking in Switzerland anyway? especially given there’s no warning signs saying parking here will result in a fine, even though we parked in the areas for the restaurant!

Be warned if you collect a take away from My Oriental Cousine in Baar, do NOT park in their parking space, park in Lidl instead which it about a 2 minute walk away.

They typically reply to the form quickly but may end up in Spam.

Think I had read somewhere that they should not be charging more than you would get if you did the same violation in a public space.

It’s a bit dodgy if the restaurant outsourced and then claims no responsibility if you are parked in their spot!

These predator parking companies are springing up all over the place, here it is FairPark and failing to put a Parking disk in your windscreen will get you a 35 Euro fine.
