University course Migration from England to Germany

Hello Everyone,
A friend of mine recently got admission to a university in England. After completing the first semester, he is finding it difficult to manage the fees for the next semester. I suggested he consider transferring his course to a German university.I still have the following questions:

  1. Is it feasible for him to migrate if he finds a relevant exchangeable program?
  2. What will happen regarding his visa application? He is from Pakistan and currently holds only a valid UK visa.

He’ll have to apply to a German university and be accepted. Then he’ll have to apply for a German student visa like any other international student. Nothing will be different in his visa application due to him studying in the UK.
