I'm considering whether to take a flat in Kilchberg (Bachlerstrasse) and would love to hear thoughts from people leaving there at the moment. I'm living alone, in my 30ies, looking for a quiet place and good opportunities for sport.
The flat is nice and the commute is not too bad (20min by bike or by bus), but
I'm a bit worried about the isolation (close to Wollishofen, but not quite there -- shop/restaurant places at 1.5km or more). Apart for making life worse, this could also make it difficult to find a new tenant?
