The really, really, really frustrating thing about measles is that humans are the ‘host’ to the disease. It doesn’t exist in other mammals. If it was wiped out in humans it would, like smallpox, cease to exist.
It is also the most contagious of all viruses. If you are not protected you can pick it up just being in the same room (or airport terminal building) as an infected person.

I’m considering setting up a package tour company that would offer US tourists 3-14 day tours that would offer 4 star hotels, gourmet dining, blood testing (for vulnerabilities) and a few flu, covid and other vaccines. For accompanying Children they would be eligible for the MMR and other childhood vaccines.
I figure I’ll be a billionaire within 10 years.

No, it’s perfect. They speculate that the Covid caused heart problems in young boys, while conveniently ignoring the numbers of young boys which experienced the same heart problems after contracting Covid.
They set out the premise that vaccines are bad and then fall over themselves trying to prove it. And when evidence isn’t found they make things up.

Isn’t it listed alongside the heart attack if it is considered to be a contributing factor? I imagine that would be true for vaccines and Covid-19 infections, not just one.

The difference is that a vaccination is in someone’s medical records, but a COVID-19 infection is only recorded if they sought medical help, so it could be missed as a cause.
