Virtual assistant bilingual (English/French) - outsourcing

Hi,

I am looking for a virtual assistant speaking and writing fluently English and French. I am looking to anyone whom have found a reliable company/contractor in Asia/north africa, that speaks both french and english. Preferably I am looking for somebody that has understanding from SEO optimization to marketing knowledge alongside being flexible to do other customized tasks.

Have you got any experience in this, I welcome any suggestions :-)
