I went into one of the apotheke in Claraplatz, Basel and asked for Vita-Merfen. They replied as "Vita Merfen is now obsolete. There is an alternative to it called Vita Hexin which is exactly similar in composition."
I decided to give it a try and bought one tube of Vita Hexin . Fortunately , after 3-4 days of regular application of the cream , it really healed my skin infection . I would recommend this cream to everyone who is looking for a good skin disinfectant cream
