It’s funny until you think about how easily those systems can be fooled, kind of shows they still have limits in real-world situations.
Yeah, true. Authorities are deflecting by saying ‘responsibility lies with the drivers’. I call bull kaka on that one. Authorities need to go after these signs that look and feel like the real signs. Only authorities can post signs that look and feel authoritarian. Non authorities can not post signs that look ‘legitimate’. Supporters of this initiative could have made the signs differently and still conveyed their points.
This is actually a safety issue and the authorities are asleep on this.
Just my humble opinion.
