We are moving from Frankfurt to Wädenswil in July. I am English married to a German/French man, 2 kids (boys, 6 & 8) who will be going to Gerberacher Schule. Would be great to make contact with anyone living in the area.

We have been here since december and just feel at home. There is a mix of Expats and swiss and we all get on really well.
I dont have kids as yet , but I know the schools are wonderful and the moms get together often.

I think that you will like Wädenswil. It is a nice little town.
It's great.
For a small place, it has a lot including a great little street market on Saturday mornng where you can get fish from lake Zurich and lamb and other meat reared on local farms.

Tis a lovely place - 3rd largest Stadt in the Canton of Zurich , bike friendly / cost free bike rentals ( no traffic lights here ), indoor skating hall for the teens, our very own brewery, with up to 14 rail connections per hour etc..... but of course I am biased , living here for almost 2.5 years and still loving it.

We just moved from the UK on 12 July to Wädenswil. My husband is English and I have two children - a girl aged 10 and a boy who is 7. It would be great to meet up with someone else who is also just finding their way around.
