A fellow dog owner friend just sent this to me and wanted to warn people who walk their dogs in town. I've read such terrible cases before, where meat with rat poison was placed by some horrible individual but not in the city... (at least to my knowledge) The article says to keep your dogs on a leash, even in areas where it isn't needed, and watch out your dog will not take anything in its mouth off the ground.
Ugh. I hate this shit. People really suck. I’m especially careful now because my new little one picks up everything...I have to watch her all the time.
