Wedding Shoes

Haven't seen this post in awhile so thought I'd revive it.

I need flat shoes for my wedding. Pink, blue, silver, sparkles, whatever.

Can't find anything in Zurich and I have big feet and I'm afraid to order online.

Don't care about budget.

Anyone come across anything like this recently?

I ordered my wedding shoes off Laredoute.ch

I have big feet and also needed flats. Mine are maybe more on the basic side (blue suede-like material with some sparkles on the heel) but the site had what I was looking for and wasn't expensive. Good luck!

What size?

Have you popped into "Big Shoes" yet? I think they are now in/near Jelmoli and my friend who wears a size 10 typically gets her shoes there. Unfortunately they have not made it to the age of online shopping yet (so you can't check out what they have before going there) but you could call them and ask?

Can you post some photos of what you have in mind. I cross so many shoe shops all the time in Zurich, I will check if something similar shows up.

Honestly, I'd try Zalando, even if you said you prefer not to order online. They have a decent selection, are quick to deliver and it's easy to just order a bunch of sizes.

Not sure what type of shoe you had in mind. Sandals? Ballet flats?

When you say "big feet", what's that mean?

According to all the Swiss shoe shops I've visitied, anything over size 40 and wider than E fitting. That firmly pushes you into the XXL orthopedic section.

Take a look at Debenhams, House of Fraser, Next and La Redoute. I've done mail order with Debenhams and House of Fraser, and my Swiss neighbour regularly uses Zalando. Plus, the sales are on at the moment

Just a few ideas for you...

This company deliver to Europe and also have a range of shoes that you can have dyed to match your dress. http://www.bridalshoesuk.co.uk/categ...Wedding-Shoes/

i have big feet (42) and I order all my shoes from Zalando. The same brands that have their stores in Zurich have in the store only sizes up to 41 but Zalando has 42 and more. Nowhere else I've found such a large selection of large shoes. I always order multiple pairs, try them at home and send back all that do not fit well/I don't like IRL.

here a selection of ballerinas in sizes 42-43: https://www.zalando.ch/damenschuhe-b...festlich.party

Peter Kaiser is my favourite shoe brand as in my job I have business dress code. So when combining big feet, comfortable to wear all day every day and looks nice Peter Kaiser is my favourite. Right now I wear these and love them: https://www.zalando.ch/peter-kaiser-...1b0d1-j11.html

Try Hirica. French made, reliable sizes, comfortable, good for large feet, I am addicted

Hi guys!

Sorry for the delay, I didn't receive a notification regarding the replies.

Me feet are a solid size 41, definitely a 42 if the shoes fit small.

I've seen a few things on Zalando, but I feel like a lot of them aren't formal or good enough quality for the event.

I'm hoping to find some nice flat sandals to wear under my dress in either white (with a flower or bow detail or something) or silver sparkles of some kind or like a light pink.

here are some examples of what i think is on the right track but maybe not special enough:

Congratulations for your wedding!

Would made to measure be an option?

huwyler.com (locations in Birmensdorf, Zürich, Bern, Basel) advertise for wedding and bride's shoes. Their men's shoes start at 695.- so yours won't come cheap either but you say you don't really care about the price...
