I order something from Galaxus, and when I go to tracking, I see this:

Basel -> Härkingen -> Basel -> Härkingen ... Usually it just goes to Härkingen then it's delivered.
I wonder if it'll be delivered today?
I think someone (or some machine) screwed up. Seeing as Harkingen had it early this morning, you should have it today.
Yeah, but they had it early yesterday morning as well! It did arrive this afternoon though.
I got a zalando its on its way email a day before I got the post consignment email..usually the post consignment email comes first stating they have a contract to deliver... so I guess the IT system is a bit wonky atm
It is, I send parcels almost on a daily basis, the system updates come very late (lately only after 22h00), even for the oversized items that the Postman picks up at our workshop early morning 07h30.
Also the Daillens (VD) sorting centre seems to add an extra day to any shipment I have sent out over the last month or so.
Glad I'm not alone...only problem is, it was despatched last Monday and I was supposed to receive it on Friday 28th at the latest. Grrr...
Yep, it seems a consistent thing. For my international shipments these days it's not even worth it to book priority. Daillens will delay it so much that it has the same turnover time as economy
It used to be that any purchased from Brack arrived the next day but now they're stuck for a day (and sometimes for two days) in Daillens.
Probably the people in Inenndienst in Harkingen put it in the wrong sorting wagon. It goes out, is picked up as wrong and then sent back. Happens all the time.
Just a general advice:
If you didn't verify your address with the Swiss post website yet, do it now. Don't wait till a package is due to arrive- it'll be too late by then.
I recently received a parcel through the Swiss post.
I had their regular tracking URL and I tried to postpone the delivery time.
Only then was I introduced to the following process:
1. They won't trust that you are the intended recipient, even though you somehow obtained their secured link with the parcel's data.
2. In order to trust you, you must first register on their website (Swiss post) and then find an option in there to confirm your address .
3. Then they send you a secret code via snail mail and you have to input it in their website when it arrives a few days later.
I was really pissed off, trying to postpone a delivery for the next day and finding out it depended on a secret code via a regular letter
Hope I've saved someone to go through the same experience.

I dust off this old thread to ask you something post-related. I got a shipment with PostPac Priority + Saturday delivery. It shipped on Friday, 27th, with delivery date 28th (as expected). I still have to receive the parcel. The tracking is stuck like this since Friday 27th:

So it seems it's still in Härkingen. The only thing I did was authorize the delivery without the need for a signature. Any of you have had any experience like this? Do you think I can ask for my money back vs the economy option as I paid for express delivery + saturday delivery and I obviously didn't get neither?!?
