What’s Going On? We lost Gene Hackman and Michelle Trachtenberg yesterday

Unless they have children or a regular job, people (esp. pensioners) are rarely obliged to show up at certain times, their activities are rarely mandatory. And if they do the others are unlikely to raise alarms with the first no-show. I don’t find it surprising that (if) a household of pensioners takes weeks to get checked on.

Compare that to @ MedeaFleecestealer’s recent case. Friendly people will avoid coming across like their neighbors and rather wait too long than act prematurely.
