its an old one which is used by our apartment building , I cannot find it ont he website and its all in german and i only understand english, can someone check and let me know in the brochures.
Dreamcatcher, you are on the wrong forum. I think you need www.washerhelp.co.uk . It is a forum for help with your washing. It is written in English so should be a good place for you to post and get an answer.
The website defaults to german however you are in luck there is an english section on the website. I managed to look up the base model machine and found an instruction manual for you
hey , thank you all, i will also check the model type clearly now once again, and try to find the right brochure, i will also post some other instructions which they write but its not in english.
Well, there are two that I know for sure as they are the same on my (new) Schultess machine (which has instructions in English by the way, so these must be available somewhere). The button with the + sign means "intensive" wash - so use it if your clothes are super-dirty (like football kit or something) - this wash uses more rotations in the wash cycle and more water. The third symbol with the r is reduce spin - so use this if you have fine laundry that might get destroyed by the high speed spin or if you have clothes that should drip dry.
The others don't exist on my newer machine. There is a button that is similar to the first one and on my machine which means easy care/fine laundry - but I don't know if it's the same.
Having said all that I think if you used none of these buttons ever then your washing would probably turn out fine - these are all "extra option" buttons - I rarely use them on my machine - only if I'm washing something that's expensive and I don't want to damage it - or as said, kids football kit which seems to be the dirtiest thing ever!
I think the one with the arrow is to empty the water when you have run it on "rinse hold" function. On a machine I had 10 or so years ago, there was a (actually very useful) function where you could get it to stop on the final rinse with the fresh water in. The idea was that the clothes would not get creased that way (floating in water). When you got back, you pressed on the "empty machine" button and the water would drain out and a spin cycle would follow. It was a Hotpoint machine circa. early 1990s but I recall the button had a basin of water and an arrow, rather similar infact.
Subsequent machines I have had have not had this function.
I just moved and I also have the Perfect 60 washing machine.
The link to the manual posted on this thread doesn't work anymore so I was wondering if someone still had a version of it and if so, if they could send it to me.
If not, I was wondering how we do if we want to select the 'delicate clothing' program and how to make the cycle an express one.
