I've cleaned the usual fluff filter inside the door and gave the condenser and clean.
What else before calling the reg? Any other bits I can pull off and clean? It's in a very tight cupboard so I can't easily get behind to do stuff.

Here's a thread on another Forum that talks about the Maxx6, in case it helps:
We have a plumbed-in drier and the drain pipe got blocked with similar gunk and stopped the machine working.
I disconnected the pipe at the machine end and connected it to a tap and forced water through at high pressure to clean the pipe.
Incidentally, do you have to physically turn a tap/change a setting so the machine 'knows' to drain water through the outlet pipe and not into the tray container?
(Never looked at mine - it's right at the side of the wash sink, so emptying the tray isn't a problem)
It was the "Secret door" mentioned on that DIY forum, although they were not very clear on it's location. I have the bosch manual but no mention in there!!
In case other people have the same problem. At the front, pull out the condenser and right at the back of that space, where it was, there's a little flap. You sort of need 3 hands, two clips and lift at same time and both arms are in the hole up to the elbows! Once opened, it was full of water and wet fluff.
Edit >> I emptied it blind, soaked it up with kitchen roll and generally fumbled around
I've been using this machine for 2 years and never knew about the secret door so hopefully it doesn't need regular maintenance
Here's a photo if it helps :
This is what I get to do at home on my mandatory leave days!
PS. I put your stamps in the post this morning.
I used to have a similar model. You need to stand the condenser upright and run the water through the "fins" to get any dirt out. You will need to flip it over normally to get the other end. Once it is clean you put it back in the machine.
The other issue, depending on the machine is shown on page 4 of the instructions posted above. Even if you have plumbed the machine to the drain, it may pass via the water reservoir. There is a valve there that should be checked and cleaned from time to time.
My guess is that the second issue could be the one.
The problem is the reservoir, in my picture. I've cleaned everything to death and shot water through the condenser fins etc .. But after emptying the reservoir , it filed up again after an hour.
There's a little float switch in there which is cutting things off.. So I guess it's either a blockage at the reservoir drain or the pump that takes the water away. Either way, I'm not taking it apart to find out!
