Where can I find cherry juice?

Well you know what they say: If ya got it, flaunt it!

Those halcyon summer nights on the shore, sitting around a campfire, watching the stars... even cherry wine starts to taste good.

Michigan is famous for their cherries but much further south there are orchards of sour cherry trees among other varieties. I have friends who make a special trip every year to pick sour cherries. Me, I love the juice - fortunately a lot of Turkish branded juices are imported en Suisse but they typically add too much sugar - as it is I have settled on one brand that is less sugary than the others

Have you tried to Turkish shops?

The lack of sunshine in winter aggravates this problem for many, not just teenagers.

A bit more expensive than cherry juice in the short term but a good long-term investment AND it can be used by the whole family - a light therapy device. Also making sure that the amount of blue light the kid is exposed to after approx. 7 pm is reduced to a minimum because it really messes with your melatonin production (again, this is true for adults as well). Some people go as far as wearing orange-tinted glasses in the evening, I just have one of those filter apps on my phone and switch my Hue bulbs to the warm, dimmed spectrum.

I have yes, but you can find them in many other ethnic shops - I buy mine in an African shop. However, the too much sugar added to them is irrespective of where you find it in general. You have to get fresh juice which is understandably improbable in Switzerland.

I hear in Greece and Hungary this is plentiful and I've never been to either...yet
